By using this website and/or requesting a demo or contracting MOZZO services, you accept these Terms.

2. Service

MOZZO is a point-of-sale platform and digital toolset for food businesses. Some features require internet access and compatible hardware.

3. Quotes, plans and payments

Prices, included modules, payment terms and service scope are detailed in the applicable quote or contract.

4. Support and availability

We provide support through the established channels. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third parties or causes beyond our control.

5. Permitted use

You may not use the site/service for illegal purposes, attempt to breach security, access it without authorization, or interfere with its operation.

6. Intellectual property

MOZZO, its brand, software and content are the property of MOZZO or its licensors.

7. Privacy

The handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice. The client retains ownership of their business information.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MOZZO is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use or interruption of the service, especially those caused by third-party failures (internet, power, hardware).

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force will be the one published on the site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
